Ah.. sorry for my rant, I tend to get too caught up in my thoughts ^^

I think your work is excellent so no need for improvement in my eyes!
But its great to see you are motivated!
Once you start saying that, your art will become repetitive and the overall quality can even go downspiral because you're not thinking innovatively anymore and simply reuse what you have made so far.
I want to become a game artist, but to be truly succesful you have to be reaaaally good
But yes we are all forever learning.
It sounds like you have your head screwed on and make sure you keep it that way! It'll always ensure that in the end you are doing something that you love
This is in my opinion the best mind set there is. It motivates and it allows for improvement
